I'ma gonna start by listing the particularly good bands that I've heard of...

Malice Mizer
Dir en grey
Alice Nine
Moi Dix Mois

... aaaaand I KNOW that I know at least one or two others... but... I dun remember... (and then theres the ones I havent even heard of b4...)

And beyond that... I just have songs... (granted, a fair number of songs... but is it truly possible to have enough?)

Oh... and then, as far as sources of J-rock...

I heard the four gazette songs on your xanga. The songs were cool! And that reminds me, Phantasmagoria yesterday was awsome on stage!

YES, that concert was awesome

and I'd heard a song before! thanks to lydia and her other xanga ^^
Twas cool to actually have heard something before...

I have to say tho, the main thing I think I like about J-rock (in general, not specific songs or bands), is the cool intros... almost ominous sometimes, and then the song part starts... just kinda sets the mood for the song... (course... theres the problem with me listening to the first 10 seconds of a song a few times before I let it play through tongue.gif )

That's a very good question and I wish I could give you a good answer. I liked all of the songs, but I'm not sure if I had a favorite.

Remind me to never do anything to attract Fangirls... or if I do do somethign to attract them, I guess I'll just have to isolate myself from the outside world for a while... to avoid being so vunerable... just walking along, and FWOOMP, tripwire! or perhaps a net! or maybe just a buncha people jumping on me and knocking me down, and dragging me off somewhere in a Honda Civic... (okay... that DOES sound rather fun compared to a normal day...)

G'luck with your whole "stalking Kaoru" thing
